The film talks about a vegetable market in the middle of a densely populated residential neighborhood in Al-Turbah city. The market caused a lot of inconvenience to the people, and as a result, a pregnant woman died, because she was unable to leave her house. After 15 years of conflict between the residents and market owners, a group of mediators – young people – intervened to resolve the conflict, and after discussion sessions, the market was moved from the neighborhood to a larger place
الملخص
يحكي الفيلم عن سوق خضار وسط حي سكني، مكتظ بالسكان في مدينة التربة . سبب السوق الكثير من المضايقات للأهالي وعلى أثره توفت امرأة حامل، لعدم قدرتها الخروج من المنزل . وبعد ١٥ عامًا من الصراع بين الأهالي وأصحاب السوق ، تدخل مجموعة من الوسطاء- الشباب – لحل النزاع وبعد جلسات حوارية تم نقل السوق من الحي لمكانٍ أكبر .
Director Bio
Montaser Alkholidi is a filmmaker and cinematographer from Taiz city. He graduated from Media Faculty. He worked as a cinematographer and director in some short documentaries and produced his first film in 2019. What attracts Montaser the most about the filmmaking industry and made him leave pharmacy is the passion and the impact he can make through his works, adding to this his belief that art is an outlet for his soul.

منتصر الخليدي مصور وصانع أفلام من تعز، تخرج من كلية الإعلام. عمل كمصور ومخرج لبعض الأفلام الوثائقية القصيرة وقد أنتج فيلمه الأول عام 2019 إلى جانب عدة أعمال فنية أخرى. ما جذب منتصر لهذا المجال ودفعه لترك تخصص الصيدلة هو الشغف والتأثير الفكري الذي يستطيع إحداثه بأعماله.. بالإضافة لإيمانه أن الجانب الفني هو المتنفس لروحه
