Jamil and Haifa, two cousins engaged five years ago, were torn apart by war and forced to flee to separate camps. After two years of separation, they reunited in Jabal Zaid camp in Al-Bireen, by chance. Holding onto their love with unwavering hope and guided by destiny, they eventually married. The film beautifully portrays the local customs and traditions of marriage, while showcasing the profound joy found in simplicity. It teaches audiences how to spread happiness to oneself and neighbors, even with limited resources.

تتحدث قصة الفيلم عن جميل أحد النازحين في مخيم جبل زيد في منطقة البيرين،قبل خمسة أعوام كان جميل قد خطب بنت عمه هيفاء لكن بسبب الحرب نزح إلى مخيم واسرة هيفاء إلى مخيم آخر وفرقتهم الحرب ،بعدها بعامين التقيا في مخيم جبل زيد في البيرين صدفة ، لم يفقدا الأمل بحبهما إلى أن أراد لهم الله أن يلتقيا ويتزوجا ،يظهر الفيلم أيضًا عادات وتقاليد الزواج في تلك المنطقة ويشرح للجمهور ماهية الفرحة البسيطة وما يستطيع الإنسان فعله من أجل إسعاد نفسه وجيرانه بإقل الإمكانات
Director Bio
Hitham Awn holds a bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering. His passion led him to study montage and graphics in 2010. Afterward, he got a job opportunity to work as a photographer and Editor in Malaysia. His return to Yemen was a chance for him to create a team and start working in the filmmaking industry, and that is how he started first in this industry.

هيثم عون من تعز، خريج هندسة شبكات إلا أن شغفه قاده عام 2010 لتعلم المونتاج والاهتمام بمجال الجرافكس، حصل بعدها على فرصة للعمل في ماليزيا كمصور ومونتير. عودته لليمن كانت فرصة له لتكوين فريق والعمل معهم في إنتاج الأفلام وصناعتها منطلقًا بذلك انطلاقته الأولى في هذا المجال.
